Road Trip

On Friday we went to a little town called Goombungee, I was told there was a cute little cafe and Antique shop there.

Inside smelt soooo nice there were these large basins filled with lovely potpourri

The cake was yummy as well I had a coffee and cheesecake it was so nice I did not realise that it had a layer of caramel between the base and the cheesecake.

I did not buy anything as there was not alot out. The owner is in the process of changing the shop from just and antique shop to cafe/antique shop he told me he had more stuff to put out. So I will go back in a few weeks to check it out.

I think I will have to take a trip out to Goombungee, if only I knew where it was! Your images make it look so enticing. Just found out where it is, so next time we visit Toowoomba, we'll go the extra kilometres.

Yeah I was looking at that green washstand but it was out of my price range that day. If it is still there when I go back I may not be able to resist it twice:)

Hey Bek! I'd love to get together for coffee some time! I work four mornings a week, but usually finish by 12, so if you ever have time to get together, drop me an email and we'll arrange to meet up. I actually work at Highfields, tho I live in Toowoomba, so the Chocolate Cottage is very handy! Oops! And there just HAPPENS to be a patchwork shop! Tee! Hee! Hee! Bear Hugs!
