The last 2 days I have been painting the coffee and lamp table. I also finished painting a little corner stand I have been meaning to do up for a while now.
Here is the coffee table painted white, I am going to distress the edges a little once the paint dries a bit more.
Here is the little corner stand I did up I am thinking of putting it here where the chair use to be near the fire place. What do you think?
Now is the tough part I can't decide if I want to put the old lamp table back in the lounge room which holds all my scrapbooks. See other post to see how it looks with books in it.
Or if I want the bedside table as a lamp table.

I am leaving it like the last 2 photos for now as I have changed it so many times. Maybe once I have put some pretties around I might be able to decide.

Love the painting jobs you did...awesome!! I dont think you can go wrong with the placing of your furniture because its fun to move furniture around every once and a while. I like all your white pieces in your lounge room. Maybe keep them all there for a while until you may get tired of it and then you can move things to other rooms or change it around. Thats what I like to do anyway LOL

I think I would go with the bedside table if you are going to go with a cottage/shabby chic look. Those pillows are perfect with that look too. Plus the walls are so cottage looking.
I think this little room is going to be darling when you are all finished.
